We, Bait Al Maarifa, always strive to take care of our valuable online customers.

Any product you purchased damaged or incorrect you may return it. Original invoice or receipt is required. You will be entitled for refund as long as the product must be returned to Bait Al Maarifa showroom in a resalable and unused condition. Once we have received your item then that will go quality inspection and the refund will be initiated if the returned item meets our return policy.  All items can be returned within three (3) days and can be exchanged within seven (7) days from the date of purchased. 

Items cannot be returned in following conditions:

1. Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
2. Any missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories. 
3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers. 
4. Clearance and promotional items or items under sale/offer unless faulty.
