You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store. You must specify your name, email address, delivery address and billing address and at-least one contact number so as to process your order. We may contact you to provide additional details or to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the website. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete details when requested so. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.

Our contract with you

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or products as advertised by us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products) has/have been dispatched (the ’Delivery Confirmation’). The contract between you and us is only formed when we send you the Delivery Confirmation.

The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Delivery Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order. If we decide not to accept all or part of your order, we will not be obliged to supply any (other) products which may have been part of your order.


We deliver within specified areas in Qatar only. Delivery charge is determined by destination and total order amount. To find out the delivery charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the purchase date. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing to info@baitalmaarifa or submitting a support ticket from your login portal. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.

You will generally need to be available between 09.00am and 07:00pm to receive the delivery. You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example, you may want to use your work address for delivery if your employer’s workplace policies allow this. If you do not answer when the delivery person tries to deliver your order. You must then contact us to arrange re-delivery.

We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with a proof of identity. Certain products must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery and if no one is available at the address when the delivery is attempted the products will be retained by the delivery person. He will leave notification of attempted delivery and you may re-arrange delivery at a later time.

We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you if such an event occurs.


We process your order with our payment mode of 'Cash-on-Delivery'. You agree that the full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) shall be handed over to the delivery person before the items are handed over to you. If you refuses to, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Your ordered product will be handed over once payment has been validated.
